Aloha! Welcome to Nalu Hawaiian Surf Bar & Grille located on the corner of Dickinson St. and Coastal Highway in Dewey Beach, Delaware.
Nalu is proud to be entering our 5th season and has become a Dewey Beach staple for delicious food, island ambience, and great entertainment.
This year, Nalu has added even more amazing Hawaiian dishes to our menu.
Come try our Loco Moco, Opakapaka (Hawaiian Snapper), Huli Huli Chicken, Hawaiian-style Cuban, or the delicious Hawaiian Moonfish known as "Opah."
Interested in kicking back in full vacation mode with some tasty libations?
Check out our signature island concoctions including the Kapu, which means "Forbidden" and is served in a pineapple shell. Our Hawaiian Mai Tai and "backscratcher" have also claimed their place as Nalu favorites. And don't forget to ask your bartender about our "Bucket"!
The word "Nalu" translates into the Hawaiian word for "wave" which is perfect for our lei'd back surf bar and grille.
Nalu's ambience gives the feeling of dining on your own private island fit with an incredible Tiki Bar, palm trees, surfboards, and totem poles. No need to be afraid of the 12 foot Tiger shark suspended from the ceiling, he's part of the family!
Nalu is family oriented, so no need to leave the Keikis (kids) at home!
But when the sun goes down Nalu's your night spot for adult entertainment with the area's best live bands every Friday and Saturday 10-1am rocking your favorite Classic and Top 40 songs.

This only happens 2 days a year at Nalu during Memorial Day weekend from 9am to 11:30am and it is fantastic!! Some of our featured items: Chocolate Macadamia Nut Pancakes, Egg Benedicts w/ SPAM, Hawaiian Sweet Bread French Toast & The Loco Moco!!
Nalu Palooza IV July 18th-21st
Key West style music festival with live entertainment open to close with drink and food specials, and a pirate costume contest Saturday the 21st at 9-1am with cash prizes. Entertainment schedule TBA.
Season Closing Party September 28th thru 30th
Amazing specials and giveaways. Customer appreciation party Sunday the 30th Noon to 6pm with Free Buffet and $1 Any Beer or Drink!!
